A long-running German television series about a two-man team of highway police, originally set in Berlin and later in North Rhine-Westphalia.
Semir and Vicky cross paths with a criminal organization from Belgium that, among other things, kidnaps people and tortures them in truck container prisons. In cooperation with colleagues from the neighboring country, the two inspectors have to look for the trucks. But the hunted strike back...
In a serious case of drug-related crime in a block of flats in Cologne, the police have long been investigating in vain. The situation worsens when a teenage girl is in a coma after taking drugs - the residents, who have finally lost faith in police work, take matters into their own hands and the situation finally escalates when the girl's uncle is tragically killed life comes.
